It's the lowest tier SPAA (Self-Propelled Anti-Aircraft) in the Russian tech tree but it's still cool and fun to use. How can it not be cool to be able to shoot down enemy aircraft using 4 mounted machine-guns?

ATTENTION! If you've met anybody online in "War Thunder" with the usernames "K4nK4n" and "Kankan", let it be known that they're NOT me! They're either name thieves or impostors. I was shocked to find out that my username and fursona name had already been taken, but this isn't the first time they were stolen. So I had to use my ponysona's name "Applestack" for the game.
